Overview

You deal with dozens of big businesses every day, and sometimes they meet and even exceed your expectations. Often, of course, you find yourself underappriciated and even mistreated as a customer. Enstant Feedback is a global virtual complaint box, as well as a general communication tool, the aim of which is providing a direct line of communication between you and big businesses. With Enstant Feedback, not only are you able to easily leave feedback for any business, government agency, educational facility.., all in one place, but that feedback is guaranteed to make an impact. We make it convenient and simple for you to leave either positive or negative feedback, as well as product reviews and general consumer insights, and then we use that feedback to help companies more effectively improve their services. Not only do we forward your specific issue directly to the company, but by compiling everyone’s feedback, we are able to create a detailed statistical picture of what the company is doing right and where they are not meeting customer's expectations.

Who Benefits?

All the feedback you leave contributes to shaping the unique profile we then present to these businesses. This information is constantly updated with every new submission, so companies can measure the effectiveness of the changes they implement in real time, based on new feedback. Enstant Feedback gives companies the opportunity to respond to you directly, but more importantly to use the data in order to improve customer overall satisfaction and, in turn, increase revenue. For example, if a significant number of customers complain on EnstantFeedback.com that hold times to reach customer service are much higher than those of their competitors, Acme Mobile might finally open a new call center abroad, and significantly reduce customer turnover.

Every Type of Feedback Makes an Impact

Though Complaints and positive Praise is essential for addressing the most urgent individual concerns of our users and recognizing overall gaps in business, Observations and Suggestions have the most impact on future services and products companies can improve on. So don't be afraid to leave suggestions and observations no matter how trivial the may seem, anytime. Companies need and love them!

Who We Are and Who We Will Be

You can find the feedback forms on our home page. While we work to bring you other services and build out the rest of the site, the feedback we gather now allows us to start building statistical profiles for all the companies you care about. EnstantFeedback.com is not yet fully styled, and many features are not yet integrated, but we have begun to perform the site's main function, which is to collect user experiences. Though we have gathered a lot of good feedback so far, we are a new company. Don’t be afraid to share your experiences with us, because once we have enough data, we can provide a lot more information and services to both you and the companies. In the future, we also want to be a place where people can access valuable insights into any industry and businesses within them, through performance ranking, expert analysis, industry articles.

Description

The store closing time is 12am, but the staff starts to announce that an hour in advance. They also start sweeping at 11:40 and drag all the empty chairs from one side to another and make a lot of noise (seemingly on purpose) and that is very noise and distraptive. It seems that they are open till 11 and then harass you to leave for an hour.

Response: (This Feedback was submitted as an Observation, had it been a Complaint, it would be handled with more urgency)

Greetings, Thank you for contacting Starbucks Coffee Company. I just finished reading your email and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns with us. I'm sorry about the recent experience you had with the staff announcing the store closing an hour before it is the actually closing time, and that the sweeping and moving of the chairs is disruptive. I understand how frustrating that must be for you. I would like to pass your comments on to the store to address these issues. Sincerely, Diane H. customer service
