Simply access Enstant Feedback on your phone, tablet, or desktop, select one of the five categories above, and use the appropriate feedback form to allow your voice to be heard.  

What we do with your feedback

We use the feedback you share in two ways: First, when you use the dropdown menus to narrow down the specific nature of your experience, your selection along with everyone else's submissions on that business, are compiled into a full profile, which we provide directly to the company. The profile details the statistical breakdown of the areas the company is excelling in and where there is room for improvement.

In addition, any written information you provide, such as the description of a complaint or a product review, we forward directly to the appropriate department in that company, and ensure that it is read by the right people. If you leave your email, the company will then respond to your complaint directly.
